Kiyomi Osawa corner at Yokosuka Museum of Art “Sukajan Exhibition”


Sukajan, which was born after the war as a souvenir for American soldiers, was produced using Kiryu’s horizontal embroidery technique, which was used to decorate wedding costumes. The people and skills of Osawa, who is a living witness to this, were introduced.
